Return and Refund Policy

All services come with a standard 1-year warranty against manufacturers defects. This warranty is limited to the structural and operational integrity of the products. There is a limited warranty to cosmetic defects concerning but not limited to user damage, such as: water damage, physical damage, abuse, improper cleaning, etc. 

Because we are a custom shop who builds to order based off your specific needs, there are no refunds available once the process is started. A deposit (usually 50%) is received at which time all materials and items are ordered and are no longer available to return. The deposit acts as a verification that the drawings, renderings, and selections have been sent to and approved by the customer at which time the project is scheduled and in process.
